Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection (such as size or color).
We will replace or refund orders only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the issue is confirmed.
